NEW STEP, were excellent, worked with my schedule, both dropping off samples, material, and on the install. Install crew couldn't have been nicer, or more professional. They took away old carpet, repaired floor, and did an amazing installation. We will be using NEW STEP in the future for other rooms in our home, I highly recommend this company! Flooring by New Step Install recently removed our old ceramic tile floors in our kitchen, laundry room, and master bathroom along with removing cheap laminate wood flooring in our living room and hallway and replaced it with new VLP flooring. They even had to grind down a high spot in concrete floor in the kitchen right where we place the dining table that would always rock and needed to be shimmed. New Step exceeded our expectations with their detailed installation, they finished the project on time and on budget. There were no surprises other

One of the rooms we had done already had engineered wood flooring snd it needed to be removed and a new wood installed. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism of this company. They are truly masters of their craft.
